Future assessed values, tax rates, fixed fees, ownership, and classification can change the final bill.
What changed for 2027?
Arizona's enacted law provides a full primary-residence property tax exemption for qualifying Veterans rated 100% service-connected and Veterans receiving TDIU. Veterans below 100% generally receive a proportional assessed-value exemption. Eligible surviving spouses may continue the applicable exemption. Income limits no longer apply to disabled Veterans and their eligible surviving spouses beginning in tax year 2027.
